New Music Friday - Peta & The Wolves 'Equal Measure'
Scandinavian/Antipodean duo Peta And The Wolves released their new single ‘Equal Measure’ today. Made up of Australian Peta Jeffress and Swedish Gabriel Wagnberg, Peta & The Wolves were formed in 2012 and came into prominence when they hit #1 and #2 spots on the Triple J Unearthed chart in 2016 with their tracks 'Verbal Wars' and 'Snow'.
A gorgeous, skittering electro-pop track Jeffress says "'Equal Measure' is about the destructive nature of a relationship, tangled up with lies and the truth of dealing with love that is not reciprocated equally, that ultimately devastates.”
The duo's debut EP is expected to be released soon and they will be performing in Sydney on June 7 at the Oxford Arts Factory as part of Sydney Vivid Festival.
