Melbourne artist Zoe A’dore today releases her debut solo single ‘Galaxy’. A chilled out track with synth-pop ballad mixed with indie-pop vibes, it is also reminiscent of the Scandipop of Robyn, Astrid S or Aurora. Written with Gyspy and the Cat’s Lionel Towers, listening to ‘Galaxy’ is a gorgeous experience, akin to blissfully floating headlong into a warm embrace.

A’dore started her musical career studying classical violin, before moving on to the electric drums and discovering a passion for songwriting. While living in Western Australia, a chance encounter with her nextdoor neighbour, producer Camikaze, resulted in her featuring on his track ‘Shadows’, which has scored a million plays on YouTube and Spotify.

Last year A’dore released a collaboration with Melbourne future bass producer Staygo, ‘Bury It’, which recently ticked over 2 million plays on Spotify alone. She has also studied Audio Engineering at SAE and attended the prestigious Nandos Music Exchange at Roundhouse Studios in London.

‘Galaxy’ looks set to be just the beginning of a big year for Zoe A’dore, with several songwriting and vocal features soon to be recently alongside the new single.

‘Galaxy’ is out now, you can download it on iTunes or stream on Spotify.
